In the market for a new PC gaming tower, but don’t have a fortune to spend or want to go the DIY route? Walmart has a deal you might want to consider.
Normally priced at $1,899, Walmart’s Overpowered Gaming Desktop (DTW2) is currently available for just $899.
This VR-ready Windows 10 gaming PC, which is manufactured by Esports Arena and available only at Walmart, ships with an Intel Core i7-8700 processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card. Other specs include 32GB of RAM, a 512GB solid-state drive (SSD), and 2TB hard disk drive (HDD) with a 7,200rpm spin rate.
We reviewed the higher-end DTW3 model, which sports Nvidia’s more expensive and powerful GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, and gave it a “good” rating. “The Overpowered Gaming Desktop is easy on the eyes and offers smooth gameplay at resolutions up to 1440p, but it isn’t quite the scorching value you might expect given its exclusive retailer,” we wrote.
This deal makes it a much more attractive option. At $899, this is a great value for a PC gaming tower with these specs.
Head over to Walmart now to save $1,000 on the Overpowered Gaming Desktop (DTW2). Besides the massive discount, Walmart is throwing in a two-year warranty and free shipping. If you order it today, it will arrive by Wednesday, June 19.
That extra $1,000 should come in handy if you also need a new gaming monitor, gaming headset, keyboard, and mouse to go along with your new Overpowered Gaming Desktop.
